DATES AND PRICES Each Big Stretch week is unique and spaces are limited. Your place on a 2008 tour will cost £2,485 per person. To maintain high levels of individual attention, our groups are never larger than eight.

The Big Stretch may offer a small bursary if you use it to mobilise an initiative or enterprise with positive environmental or social impact. If you want to be considered send us a summary of your project so far. PERSONAL COACHING if you can't make the holiday, you can kickstart yourself just the same! Fees for Big Stretch individual coaching are from £290 per month, or a little more for company-sponsored clients. We offer Life-coaching, Career-coaching, Leadership Coaching and Redundancy packages and in all, we'll tailor Stretch methods to suit you at home.

The price includes unlimited access to two coaches all week, your group and individual coaching, preparatory coaching work, follow-up coaching support, luxurious single en-suite room with jacuzzi and all meals, local Pura Aventura guide, transfers, excursions, canoe hire. It does not include your flight or ferry (very reasonable from the UK) or drinks.
