The price for a lifechanging week in Spain is £2250. This includes your full creative programme with two coaches and personal coaching on your return, guides and excursions, your private mountain view room, all gourmet meals plus a transfer to and from Malaga Airport.

Stretches generally sell out so contact us now if you want to secure a place. If these dates don't work for you, individual Stretch coaching can start when you like.

Arranged on the day that suits you, between November and May. An initial diagnosis session, preparatory exercises, a full day with our founder and follow up coaching costs from NZ$1700. This includes gourmet picnic and island transport.

5 RHYTHMS DANCE AND BIG STRETCH RETREAT, COROMANDEL, NZ
